ABOUT C3 | OUR VISION |
C3 BEGINNING | MEET OUR TEAM | WHAT WE BELIEVE
C3
Church is a located in Pickerington, a suburb southeast
of Columbus, Ohio. Some who gather here are new to church, simply investigating
what we believe, others
are seeking God and wanting to connect with Him,
and many of us identify ourselves as followers of Christ, learning to
better reflect the character and heart of Jesus to the people around us.
“To positively influence our community by revealing a Real hope in a Real
God through Real people.”
We accomplish this through our simple discipleship process:

CONNECT: Sunday services are the primary environment to
CONNECT with God through relationships, music, giving, communion and the message.
You can connect every Sunday at 9:30am, 11:15am or 7:00pm.
GROW: Community groups are the primary environment to
GROW in your relationship with God by openly discussing and applying Biblical principals
to our everyday lives in a casual, non-threatening atmosphere.
SERVE: Environments designed to SERVE God by using your gifts and talents to serve others.

About God.
God is the creator of all things, seen and unseen. God is eternal and honestly good,
knowing all things and holding all power and majesty. God exists as the Trinity.
He is three persons, yet one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The creator of compassion,
God, seeks to love and be loved by us. God desperately desires a relationship with
us. As we journey through life, God is constantly leading us into a relationship
with him based on Compassion, Commitment and Community.
About Jesus Christ.
God displayed himself in human form through his son, Jesus Christ. Jesus was born
of the virgin, Mary, and lived a sinless life. Displaying his commitment to God
and us, he died on the cross for our sins. Jesus Christ was then buried, resurrected
from the dead, and ascended into heaven.
About the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is sent from God to live inside all who believe in
Jesus Christ. Exemplifying community, the Holy Spirit gives each follower diverse
gifts, fostering unity, interdependence, productivity, Christ-like character and
love among Christians. The Holy Spirit also teaches, comforts and empowers us.
About the Bible.
We believe God speaks to us through the Bible. The Bible is our standard in all we
say and do. We believe that God’s unchangeable Biblical message ought to be presented
in a relevant way portraying a real hope, to real people through a real God. It’s
our desire that this message is free of religious jargon and understandable to our
community.
About Salvation.
All people are created with dignity and value in the image of God. Salvation comes
to people on the basis of God’s grace and compassion, through their faith in Jesus
alone. They receive the free gift of forgiveness and are spiritually reborn by repenting
of their sin and believing in Jesus Christ. Good works and a holy life, although
totally unable to save anyone, are the natural products of repentant, believing
people.
