Who Can Be A Leader
At C3 Kids, we believe that leadership is about influence. Kids can best achieve this by discovering and developing qualities in themselves that can influence those around them, whether that be at church, school, or home.
This is done through monthly meetings (the last Sunday of every month), where the students are challenged to discover and define their leadership abilities and roles. Sunday mornings are also a time for students to develop as leaders. Kids in grades 3-6 can serve as LITs (Leaders In Training) in the Preschool environment and kids grades 7-12 can serve as Student Leaders in Toddlers, Preschool and K-6 environments.
In order for students to qualify for our Student Leadership program, they need to display leadership qualities such as a loving and accepting attitude, encouraging to all, influence and a desire to know more and seek more.

If you are interested in volunteering in C3 kids or C3 too ministry, please contact the
serve coordinator There is an application process, as well as a background check that will need to be done before serving in a classroom.

Student LeadersWe schedule 5th - 6th graders as assistants in our classrooms in the preschool-6th grade areas. We schedule 7th -12th graders as assistants in our classrooms of all ages. (Student leaders must be at least 16 to work with toddlers and 18 to work with infants.)
